First of all the general manager Sameh was amazing. When we arrived on Wedneday, Booking.com did not send our reservation to the hotel. Booking.com booked our hotel for two days knowing that the second day was not available. It was a very stressfull situation and I'm not very happying with Booking.com. Fortunately, Sameh did his due diligence and gfound our reservation on Booking.com and honored it anyway, even though the hotel was fully booked. I was having surgury the next day and it was going to be very inconvienient to look for another room at the last minute. Without Sameh's help, we would have been totally screwed.

Staff members were so nice and welcoming! The man in the morning who I assume is the manager is so kind and goes above and beyond for his guests. The breakfast was full of many options which was really nice. Room was clean. Parking was easy and had a lot of lights which made it feel safe when getting back late.

The free breakfast was really nice. Eggs, meat, waffles. Not just yogurt/cereal/toast like some hotels. Very clean hotel, very clean breakfast area, staff were always maintaining and cleaning during the breakfast hours. One staff member opened it in the evening so I could get knife and forks for a left overs from dinner. Very friendly helpful staff. I also had to cancel a stay in a previous city, past the time when you could cancel for free. I sent a note explaining why I had to cancel and they waived the fee.

Lots of spaces to gather and relax, excellent selection for breakfast,with a staff member refilling anything running low. Easy access to freeway. All staff friendly and very helpful.

We loved the hospitality despite the keys not working. The breakfast bar was great for kids with waffles, whip cream, chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle. Amazing for the kids! Also, the rooms were very clean!

Location, close to Bel Air and Beverly Hills. Facilities are quite new / well maintained. Decoration is modern. Beds are really confortable. Breakfast is quite Ok, because there are waffles (otherwise the offer is quite limited).

The location is perfect for a nice getaway! We have visited LA during weekdays and it was ideal, because of the promixity of the city's most highlights. It was just a few minutes away from the highway connecting Santa Monica or Venice Beach. Still a nice area, calm with some restaurants nearby.
